aimed to change our mindset that the only way to finance and run a
business is to borrow and to compete.
It is a practical
demonstration that 100 people could collectively pool together 1% of
each others small assets to achieve what is impossible with 100% of
individual’s efforts and resources.
It is a team venture on the
principle that: Together Everyone Achieves More and collectively and

CHARGES BY ONLY TAKING BRIDGING LOANS AND SHORT AND MEDIUM TERM
(LESS THAN 15-YEAR) MORTGAGE ;
TO PROVIDE QUALITY AND DECENT PROPERTIES AND DREAM HOMES WITH
RELATIVELY LOW RENT FOR OUR TENANTS;
TO GENERATE ASSURED INCOME AND HIGH DIVIDENDS AT MINIMUM RISKS TO
OUR SHAREHOLDERS;
TO OPERATE WITH MINIMUM COSTS AND OPTIMUM PROFIT; and
